Passport Photograph Guidelines
White background only. 80% face coverage visible, showing ears, with a neutral expression. Spectacles allowed only if regularly worn; no tinted glasses/goggles. Must be taken on or after January 1 of the exam year.
Scanned Signature Guidelines
Must use black ink pen on white paper. Sign in running hand; CAPITALS/block letters will be rejected.
NEET UG Upload Specifications - Candidate FAQ
Candidates must upload their passport photographs in JPG, JPEG format. Portals reject other file formats (such as PNG or PDF) to maintain standard server processing protocols.
Signatures must be scanned and uploaded in JPG, JPEG format. Clean white background paper is required.
Passport photographs must be exactly 276 × 354 px (or equivalent aspect ratio). Scanned signatures must be cropped to 250 × 80 px.
Photographs must be between 10 KB and 200 KB. Signatures must be compressed between 4 KB and 30 KB.
