By accessing or using ExamReady India, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our utilities.
2. Description of Service
ExamReady India provides client-side image editing tools (cropping, resizing, compression, metadata tagging) to help candidates format their application photos and signatures. We do not guarantee acceptance of your files by any official portal or board.
3. User Responsibility & Compliance
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that the processed files match the actual specifications of the respective exam you are applying for.
- You must verify the final downloaded file properties (size in KB, aspect ratio, image clarity, and DPI value) prior to uploading them on any official government or entrance portal.
- ExamReady India shall not be held liable for application rejections, delays, or disqualifications resulting from incorrect photo formats or signature errors.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the service to process images that:
- Contain vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate content.
- Infringe upon the copyright or intellectual property of third parties.
- Represent fraudulent identity or impersonate others.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall ExamReady India be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.
