Crucial Privacy Principle:

We do not store, copy, upload, or transmit any photographs, signatures, or thumb impression files you select inside our resizer tools. All processing occurs locally in your web browser.

1. Data We Do NOT Collect

When you use the Photo Resizer, Signature Resizer, Size Checker, or Compressor:

  • We do not upload your image files to our web servers.
  • We do not save your files in any cloud storage bucket.
  • We do not keep or store any copies of your photo, face, signature layout, or biometric impression.

2. How Client-Side Processing Works

When you select a file on our site:

  1. The file is loaded into the browser's local memory buffer as a File Object.
  2. We instantiate an HTML5 `<canvas>` element dynamically in your browser.
  3. Our javascript code crops, scales, and compresses the image locally in memory.
  4. When you click "Download", the browser saves the canvas blob as a file on your device.
  5. Once you close the tab, the image buffer is cleared from your system's RAM.

3. Automatic EXIF Metadata Stripping

Standard digital camera photos contain embedded EXIF metadata, which can include geolocation tags, exact dates, device names, and shutter parameters. By rendering the image to a clean canvas pixel grid and exporting it as a new byte stream, we automatically strip all EXIF tags, protecting your privacy.

4. Analytics & Cookies

We may use basic, privacy-compliant website analytics to log page views and general traffic (such as country of origin). No image data is ever associated with these metrics, and no tracking scripts are permitted to read your local canvas content.

5. Updates to This Policy

We may update our privacy rules occasionally to reflect technical changes in browser capabilities. However, our zero-upload guarantee will remain absolute.
