Passport Photograph Guidelines
Dimensions 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm (or 200 x 230 pixels). Ensure the portrait is clean, well-lit, and front facing. Size must be strictly between 20 KB and 50 KB.
Scanned Signature Guidelines
Must be signed using a black ink pen on white paper. Signature in capital letters is not acceptable.
IBPS PO / Clerk Upload Specifications - Candidate FAQ
Candidates must upload their passport photographs in JPG, JPEG format. Portals reject other file formats (such as PNG or PDF) to maintain standard server processing protocols.
Signatures must be scanned and uploaded in JPG, JPEG format. Clean white background paper is required.
Passport photographs must be exactly 276 × 354 px (or equivalent aspect ratio). Scanned signatures must be cropped to 140 × 60 px.
Photographs must be between 20 KB and 50 KB. Signatures must be compressed between 10 KB and 20 KB.
